6-9--11 – Submitted to the City of Ormond Beach report a concern web page by a resident

A twin engine plane with a blue bottom and blue under each engine has passed over our home most of the day.  At 5:13 PM the plane made yet another pass.  The arrogant jerk knows the flight path and yet ignores it.  I phoned the airport earlier today and reported the problem.  The plane continued to make passes over our home and to the north and south of our home.
