Mr. Kelley:

I have repeatedly asked you two questions.

1.     Have you brought flight school owners into city hall and “gotten their attention?

2.     If you have not brought them into city hall, why not?

The questions were prompted by your statement that you would bring flight school owners into city hall if Mr. Lichliter was not successful in gaining compliance with the flight school planes flight paths.  Even you will admit that Mr. Lichliter has not been successful.

The questions are legitimate and civil.

I have not received an answer to my legitimate and civil questions.

The absence of answers to those two questions contributes to additional questions.

1.     Are you afraid to confront flight school owners?

2.     What is wrong with simply telling me what you have or have not done?

3.     Why not use the same city resources to deal with flight school owners that were used to deal with the scumbags who opened Cheaters on Route 1?

4.     Why do you feel the need for the Ormond Beach City Attorney to contact me?

5.     Did you really think the letter to me (very likely written by the city attorney) would deflect my attention from the absence of you answering my questions?

I have additional questions, but fear posing too many at this time when my first two remain unanswered.  Please answer my questions and show leadership dealing with the arrogance of flight school owners who daily lower our property values and endanger our lives.
