Subject: Aircraft using City of Ormond Beach Airport not following voluntary Noise Abatement Path

Below is a sampling of times I made observations of aircraft using the City of Ormond Beach airport and not following the requested Noise Abatement Path on March 19 and 20^th, 2014. This was not the only times during these days this was happening but the times I noted it. Both days it was constant flights almost every ten minutes or less and most not flying the path.

As you can see, most completely ignore after departing east from the airport to go out over the area where there are no homes over the Tomoka State Park area. There were a few that did follow the path, but not many, especially Embry Riddle University airplanes.  I also believe many of the non-Embry Riddle aircraft from Sunrise are students flying solo with no instructor, especially the ones that make an immediate turn to the north as they cross over US 1.

The letters (X) indicate the approximate path the aircraft were taking during the observation and the images after the dates/times show the area.
